  • Heatmap and session recordings: anonymized mouse movements and click patterns (via Microsoft Clarity)
  • Ad measurement: conversion events when you submit a form after clicking a Google Ads link (via Google Ads conversion tracking)
  • IP address and approximate location (derived from IP, not GPS)

We do not use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or LinkedIn Insight Tag.

3. How we use it

  • Contact you by phone, text (SMS), or email about your offer and the transaction
  • Coordinate closing with you and the title company

4. Who we share it with

  • Our CRM platform (GoHighLevel) stores your contact information and the offer details. Their privacy policy.
  • Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads) for the analytics and ad measurement purposes above. Their privacy policy.
  • Microsoft (Clarity) for anonymized heatmap and session data. Their privacy policy.
  • Title company we use to close the transaction (only after you accept the offer)
  • Cash-buyer partners in our investor network, if we assign the purchase contract (only after the contract is signed; covered under ยง7 below)
  • Service providers (e-signature, email delivery, phone routing) under standard data-processing agreements
  • Law enforcement if required by court order or subpoena

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use first-party and third-party cookies for analytics and ad measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without breaking the site's core functionality (form submission, phone calls, reading pages all work without cookies). If you're in a jurisdiction that requires cookie consent, you'll see a banner asking before non-essential cookies load.

6. Text messaging (SMS / A2P)
